You are not a fixed state.
You are a moving structure.

Begin Assessment

The RADIX Structural Profile (RSP) is a diagnostic instrument that measures motivational structure, not fixed type: where effort converts, where it bleeds out, and what is currently dominant in your system.

Built on validated trait science (HEXACO) plus structural forced-choice measurement, with transparent validation targets and ongoing empirical testing.

Input

52 questions in dual format: trait-based Likert prompts and forced-choice movement positions.

Computation

HEXACO trait normalization + movement matrix weighting + forced-choice refinement for clearer structural orientation estimates.

Structural Output

10 foundations, 4 movements, and 40 archetypes resolve into your current profile with 13 interpretive layers.

Four Movements

Energy flows in patterns. The RSP identifies which pattern currently dominates your system.

The RADIX Structural Profile (RSP)

The RSP measures motivational structure rather than personality type. It identifies which of four fundamental energy movements — Root, Rot, Reach, and Reform — is currently dominant, then maps the structural configuration determining how effort converts (or fails to).

Psychometric Backbone

The RSP uses 24 trait items derived from HEXACO, a six-dimensional model with over two decades of cross-cultural validation. Items are drawn from the public-domain IPIP pool: Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience.

Dual-Format Design

The instrument alternates between experiential Likert items and forced-choice movement prompts. This captures both stable disposition and active orientation: what you are, and where your energy is currently pointed.

Scoring Architecture

Trait scores normalize across six dimensions, then weight through a movement matrix to compute Root, Rot, Reach, and Reform composites. Forced-choice responses apply directional boosts and are blended at a 70/30 ratio. The dominant movement determines your primary archetype from a registry of 40 structurally resonant cards.

What Most Tests Do

Measure stable temperament. Describe who you are. Assign a type. Remain static across context.

What This Does

Names why you are stalling. Shows where effort converts and where it leaks. Produces a read that changes as conditions change.

Quality Controls

Response times are recorded per item. Intra-dimension consistency is checked across same-trait item pairs. Profiles flagged for rapid responding (<800ms on >25% of items) or high inconsistency receive quality annotations. Confidence is computed from the dominant-secondary movement gap.

Why It Matters

Personality tests tell you who you are. The RSP tells you why energy is being misdirected, what your current arrangement is costing you, and where structural shifts can occur. This is a diagnostic designed to be retaken as conditions evolve.
