By accessing or using the RADIX Structural Profile platform ("Service"), operated by Null Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RADIX provides a psychometric assessment that maps personality traits into structural patterns across four movements. The Service includes individual profile generation, relational comparison reads, and organizational aggregate analytics. The Service is not clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic. It does not replace professional psychological assessment.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
The assessment may only be taken by the person whose profile it represents. Completing the assessment on behalf of another person is prohibited. Results are intended for personal insight and organizational development purposes only. They may not be used for hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
Paid features require purchase. One-time purchases provide access for 30 days and include a $29 credit toward subscription upgrade. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation preserves existing data and profile history. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Organization administrators receive only aggregate structural data. Individual profiles, archetype assignments, raw responses, and HEXACO scores are never visible to organization administrators. Aggregate views require a minimum of 5 respondents per displayed group to prevent re-identification.
All RADIX materials are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the assessment instrument, scoring logic, profile architecture, archetype language, relational analysis, card imagery, visual system, and all generated readouts. Except for your limited personal-use right to view your own results within the Service, no license is granted.
You may not copy, republish, sell, train models on, scrape, spider, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, bulk-export, or create derivative works from any RADIX content or outputs without prior written permission from Null Ventures LLC. Automated harvesting of profile readouts, card assets, or assessment content is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of RADIX intellectual property may result in account suspension or termination, legal action, and claims for damages and injunctive relief. We reserve all rights and remedies under applicable law.
Participation in the validation study is optional and requires explicit consent. Anonymized response data may be used to improve the instrument. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on profile results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
