RADIX Knowledge Layer

FAQ

Common questions about the RADIX Structural Profile.

What is a motivation assessment?

A motivation assessment models how effort is organized and directed. RADIX focuses on structural movement, not fixed type labels.

How is RADIX different from a personality test?

Most personality tests emphasize stable traits. RADIX adds directional structure to show where energy converts, where it leaks, and how dynamics change over time.

How often should I retake the assessment?

Retakes are most useful after meaningful shifts in workload, context, or identity. For most users, quarterly retakes are enough; higher-frequency coaching contexts may use monthly intervals.

Is this science-based?

Yes. RSP is grounded in validated personality science (HEXACO) and structural forced-choice measurement. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool, and validation status is published transparently in the whitepaper.

What do I unlock with subscription?

Subscription unlocks full layered readouts, additional structural interpretation, and longitudinal tracking for pattern shifts across assessments.

These pages explain the system. The assessment is where the profile begins.
